Throws Revolution is dedicated to helping those who are serious about furthering their development in the throwing events. Our athletes have had a strong track record of success, with many finishing near or at the top of regional, state, and national rankings. Because of this success, we have experienced a higher level of demand recently. This demand, combined with the busy schedules of our coaches, has limited how many athletes we can accommodate in person. That does not mean that we don't have spots open, so please do reach out if interested!

 

With that said, we are happy to offer online/virtual coaching to everybody. Online coaching provides athletes with consistent feedback when we aren't able to consistently meet with them in person. We've had several athletes from other states see drastic improvements with online feedback! And of course, if space opens up, we can move local athletes to our in-person groups.

If you are serious about your development, do reach out to Coach Pete via text or email. Included in your message should be:

 

• School & grade level

• Experience in the throwing events

• Current PRs (or what you've thrown in practice)

• Any athletic information you feel is important (other sports played, lifting numbers, size, etc.)

• Why you are interested in joining the club
